WHO WE ARE
Tsintsikela Research and Training Services (Ck. 2003/087174/23) is a recently established 100% black owned company aimed at providing research and monitoring and evaluation support services to larger community based organizations (CBO) and non-governmental organizations, private business and government departments involved in research and development projects. The company specializes in providing those support services that larger and more affluent organizations might find cumbersome and time consuming to undertake.

The company utilizes researchers who together, bring with them vast experiences that include:
- Writing proposals
- Developing research tools
- Planning and undertaking field work,
- Collecting data through observations, interviews and focus groups,
- Data analysis and report writing,
- Managing and coordinating projects,
- Planning, facilitating, monitoring and evaluating project,
- Tender evaluations,
- Bookkeeping
